Lindsay, great list – your Reason #1 (ACT! Everywhere) alone is sufficient reason to upgrade. Getting to your ACT! data on your iPhone, or iPad, or Droid device, while away from your computer is such a boon to productivity. If you remember how your work habits changed forever by being able to read and reply to emails on your portable device, then getting to your critical ACT! data is a similar game changer. You’ll never have to wait to return to your office again. Deal with issues and opportunities on the spot, wherever, whenever.
Thanks Kevin – There have been some stumbles along the way as ACT! has tried to compete in an increasingly competitive marketplace, so I’m pretty excited about the new mobility feature: it’s a slam dunk. Sage can regain a lot of good will with this. And, very smart of them to simply include it as a free, inline upgrade.
