ACT! Users Group for the New Economy

Some friends and I recently joked about the overuse of the phrase, “Now, more than ever . . .” applied to, well, almost everything. But we are challenged, in fact, to think about what we can do differently now to dig out, get ahead, and stay ahead. One easy solution is to use the systems we have in place more effectively. For others, it’s developing new systems to streamline and automate.

ACT! Users Connect

We’ve created an ACT! Users Group for the New Economy, because, (here it comes) now more than ever, we have to use all of the resources at our disposal. That includes thinking about workflow and fine-tuning contact management and CRM systems.

Every software application has shortcuts and features that most users don’t utilize and ACT! is no different [If I had a nickle for every time I’ve heard, “I’m only using 10% of ACT!’s capabilities”, I’d be retired]. And getting more out of ACT! isn’t hard once you know where to look.

So if you’ve wanted to know how to create dynamic groups, or connect the contacts that have relationships, or use custom tables, or create advanced reporting, or . . . .  the ACT! Users Group for the New Economy is the place to be. If you’ve learned a few tricks along the way and want to share them, that would be great as well.

Our group will meet every couple of months for tips and tricks on any ACT! version. From time to time we’ll include guest speakers and even have some fun give aways.

Our first meeting takes place July 21st at 11:00 EDT.  Post your questions and tips when you register to get our discussions started.  Sign up here. See you there!
