Okay, I’m just going to say it: I don’t know everything. Many who know me might be surprised that I’ll admit that – not that you aren’t already in agreement. It’s been my own awareness that so many people know so much more about pretty much everything that’s kept me from starting a blog.
But just recently I thought about one of my favorite sayings, “I know stuff”, in context of what I might be able to bring to the blogging party. After supporting hundreds of CRM and contact management clients for well over 10 years, I most definitely know stuff about customer relationship management: How to implement, design, plan and integrate. I’ll have something to say about it that will be helpful to some, obvious to others, and those who wouldn’t know CRM if they fell over it won’t bother to read it. That works.
So, it’s time to stop procrastinating and get this blog going. I’m going to turn off the obsessive internal editor who wants to spell check each sentence and fix punctuation as I type. Attention, voice in my head: who cares about pluperfect subjunctives when there are worthwhile thoughts to be shared? Let’s do this!
